Medifast® has been around since 1981, operating previously only within the medically supervised Low Calorie Meal Replacement fasting segment of the weight loss industry. It ranks among the top modified fasting vendors such as HMR and Optifast®, in terms of the number of physicians, clinics, and other healthcare sites, and number of people using this type of program.
Medifast® is a leader in soy-based medical meal replacement products used by customers and medical practitioners for over 20 years. With over 1 million patients and 15,000 doctors previously working with its products, this program has been pre-sold to much of the consumer base. The main end-users of the Medifast® program are consumers and some clinics and hospitals. This is a liquid supplement modified fasting program for the treatment of obesity. Medifast is no longer primarily a medically supervised weight loss program. Most customers now buy Medifast products directly from the company, with no medical supervision required. Well today was my 1st test in my engineering course.Even though i knew the questions for the test i haven't prepared for my test,my friends made it easier for me.Well today we had girls intro in our english class.It seemed to me 1 girl was a perfect match for my friend kush.I felt it because both are statelevel classical singers,good at a acdemics and most important thing is that both of them like each other.My friend kush got his wi-fi registered to his laptop and we surfed the net.One of classmate was not leaving us even though we are trying to get rid of him,so all my pals left. Then i went to library studied for an hour .that's it for today .BYE !!!!!!!!!

FUN IN ENVIRONMENTAL CLASS

Today we had fun in our EVS class and even some tense situations in my basic electronics class as my principle came to our class for inspection .I think my teacher got screwed because he was not so good in teaching.I with my pals enjoyed the evs class .I tried hard to be awake in the class.The classes finished at 3 and from then we surfed on net for 2 hrs in INDIA'S FIRST WI-FI CAMPUS.Then i left my friends and went to library.I hardly studied for an hour.Well that's it for today .BYE!!!!!!!!!!!
